Like every weekend we make plans and when the weekend arrives it all changes. Well for this weekend we did the same , we planned up to go to gym to attend and try out our new class- Aqua fit.
This time for a change we made it the class late by 15 mins but still we did it Hurray ....I never knew pool would be so much fun other than swimming.
The workouts our trainer made us to do was so great. Luckily the depth of water is just 3 feet. Good for people like me who dont know swimming.We can just stand in the water.
She will guide us with all the different exercise moves, from running, jumping, stretching, exercise with weights all in water.
Who knew Jumping, Running in water would be good for your health :)
One should try out this activity. At the end of the session you get such a good feeling about yourself , it just makes you feel great.
If you looking for some fun activity with a little workout than i would say this is one of the good workouts.So go for it :) and have some fun as I will be ;)
